Requirements
Besides a personal fit we demand high standards of our candidates, linked to the individual seniority
level:
• Excellent university degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA, PhD)
• A minimum of two years consulting experience, preferably in one of the renowned strategy
consultancies
(exceptions possible for outstanding graduates)
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; strategic mind-set
• Very good communication skills; commitment to high standards and our core company values
• Ability to focus on details while considering the big picture
• High level of passion and dedication; entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and hands-on mentality
• In-depth knowledge of consulting concepts
